About

Worldmodel was founded in Paris in 2026. We are Thomas Maitre, Benoit Guivarch, and Matthias Manoukian. We previously built, scaled, and exited enterprise software companies. We know how large organizations work, how they buy, and what it takes to deploy AI that actually changes how they operate.

The company started as a studio building autonomous AI workers for businesses. As we deployed more workers, we discovered that what made each one genuinely useful was the shared model of the company it operated in. That shared model became the product. You can read the full founding story.

What we believe

We are European, sovereignty-respecting, and CEO-aligned. We believe the best AI in the enterprise is not the one that helps employees type faster. It is the one that goes beyond what copilots can do: replacing the coordination layer that middle management used to provide. Routing information, maintaining alignment, pre-computing decisions. That function was necessary when only humans could do it. It is now a solved problem for machines. The humans should be at the edge, where judgment matters.

In March 2026, Jack Dorsey and Roelof Botha published "From Hierarchy to Intelligence," an essay about Block's move toward a "company world model." It articulated what we had been building, and it gave the market a language for the shift we believe is happening. We recommend every executive read it.
