Two offers, two pricing logics. The engineering offer has published prices, because you should not need a sales cycle to know what a 30-day engagement costs. The world model program is scoped per company, because pretending every organization is the same would mean overcharging the simple ones and underpricing the complex ones.
Autonomous squads
Diagnostic. 5 days, €8,000. An audit of one squad and a costed 30-day plan. To know where you actually stand on the autonomy ladder, and what a pilot would yield. Credited against the Pilot if you sign within 30 days.
Pilot. 30 days, €30,000. One squad taken to Level 4, measured before and after: lead time, throughput per person, the team size it takes to hold the scope. This is the engagement most CTOs choose.
Factory. 90 days, €120,000. Up to 8 squads. We install the internal platform, the playbook and the metrics, and train your champions so it continues without us.
Two senior operators on every engagement. No subcontracting, no junior bench. We take one engagement at a time, two at most. Prices exclude VAT.

The company world model
Priced by organizational scope, not by seats. Seats are the wrong mental model for a model of your company: the value scales with the complexity of the organization, not with the number of humans who log in.
Foundation. A one-time scoping and deployment engagement covering the initial build: security review, data source integration, entity resolution, and go-live. Sized to scope.
Platform. An annual subscription for the world model itself: continuous ingestion, the temporal graph, the reasoning loop, and platform updates. Priced by scope: single business unit, multi-business unit, or full enterprise.
Workers. Each AI worker is priced separately, with a bundled compute envelope sized to its role. Overages are billed transparently at cost-plus.
Bring your own models. If you already have contracts with model providers, we connect your existing accounts. Your tokens run under your rate limits, governed by your existing agreements, and you pay us only for the platform and the worker logic.
Philosophy
Contracts on the world model program are annual. At this tier, monthly billing creates the wrong incentives for both sides. Compute costs are transparent either way: your own provider contracts at your negotiated rates, or our bundled envelope with the margin published.
We do not offer free pilots. The Diagnostic exists precisely so that neither of us has to guess: five days of real work, a costed plan, and an honest answer on what a pilot would yield. If the answer is “not much yet”, you will hear it from us first.
